XSPC Blackmailing it's way to success.

You would think with in such a high end hobby as Liquid Cooled Computers that only the best of the best is sold by shops worldwide. Well this is not true it’s what makes the most money that sell the most. 

Take for instance XSPC owned by Paul Lockley, there products have been subpar for a very long time and when a rival comes along and literally trances their products into the ground you would expect shops to sell said items. However this is not true instead XSPC sends out an email to resellers blackmailing and lying to them and forcing them not stocking said products because if they do they will withdraw their support for there inferior products. This is rife thought out the industry and customers are not sold the best they can buy with their money, they are sold what the resellers can make the most money on. 

It’s a disgusting and low life way to play the game and this is how it works. While XSPC hides there company in China and claim to be a UK company when in fact they pay no UK taxes they have nothing made in the UK and simply are the pound world (dollar world) of the water cooling business aka make it chip, sell lots and give no support and any support they do give is in broken Chinese by someone who hasn’t got a clue.

There are many under the counter deals going on between companies where the consumer is literally safted without releasing it, shame this happens so much realy. I feel pity for the consumer at the end of the day and the young ones whom are brought into the water cooling world as of late because you are not being introduced into the best of the best but more like the tack of tackiness with the largest profit.

Lamptron getting hit hard

With the fiasco of G-Vans hitting the scene and information coming forwards of Lamptron not paying its employes over in china and late payments to it factories that actually make the fan controllers things seem to be slipping.

I actually got hold of two of the Lamptron FC-9's which supposedly from reviews are good how ever found some major flaws in its design. One of them being the slider buttons actually came lose rendering the channel to be of no use what so ever. We all so found by pushing the controller to its stated wattage (60 watts per channel) it blew the caps sky high. This again Points out a fact that these reviews you see on sites are rubbish as none of them failed to mention these problems or have not tested them properly.

Another point to note is that shoving so much juice though such a controller is dangerous as the controller is self is not covered exposing high voltages to the user. It makes us wonder if any of these electronics has passed any real certified testing in the EU at all and thus putting us the consumer at risk.

Do you believe what reviews type?

Its been noted that reviews get paid to review and if they up set the companies they review for they lose the companies support. This in turn makes the reviewers second think what the say or type and once again makes the review tainted. Large web sites such as OC3D, Hexus and many others have become a haven for such problems. Lastly there was a review for a case that had so many problems such as Ill fitting filters, Ill fitting for water cooling rads (the fans did not line up) yet the case was supposed to be a water cooling case and yet OC3d Saw fit to still give it a Gold award which realy bad considering these points are major flaws in its design.

I tend to now stay away from these review sites and never believe a word they say. They are simply out to promote there sponsors and get paid for doing so.

Day one of the new Blog

So lets start with a little about me with out trying to give to much away.

Who am I ?

Well I am a IT engineer who spent some time in the armed forces and has had a hell of a wired life with so many ups and downs it turns my mind nuts at time. I'm not the normal male and I definitely think out of the box in many situations. This blog was suggested by a good friend who said it would be interesting to see me know one up and i have so much to say and have done so much. You will get to know me if you continue to read this how ever you may not like what i have to say some times but that is life. "Shit happens" ......

What do i do for a living ?

I am a IT (Information Technology engineer). I go around the UK fixing Computers, Printers, Software, hardware and many other IT related things. I spend a lot of my time on the road and get to see many things and to be honest i like my job at times how ever some times i all so hate it.I have been doing IT since i was a child and started off with a ZX80 way way back. I have all ways had a keen interest in every thing electrical and am a bit of a Gadget freak.

What are my interests ?

I have many interests from computers to books but i LOVE sex oh god (by the way i don't believe there is a God its just a saying) do i ha ha ...  how ever i all so love to be inspired and love to see things in a different light. I love to have my mind challenged and motivated and i love to learn new things. Every day i try to lean some thing new and some times i expand on what i have learned and lap up all the information i can on that subject. How ever i all so get bored very easily as you will tell as this Blog continues and i all so love to push boundaries.
